Enterprise Analytics Dashboard Redesign
The legacy analytics dashboard had a 23% user adoption rate among enterprise clients, with most reverting to spreadsheet exports. We conducted extensive user research and rebuilt the dashboard with customizable widgets and real-time collaboration. Result: 78% adoption rate and 40% reduction in time-to-insight.
